RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At RICH RAGGEDY, we understand that sometimes a style may not be the perfect fit. That's why we've crafted our RETURN AND REFUND POLICY to ensure your satisfaction:

  • We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. INITIATING A RETURN:

  • Clearly state your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

3. RETURN SHIPPING:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Rich Raggedy error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your peace of mind.

4. REFUNDS:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund promptly.

5. EXCHANGES:

  • Unfortunately, we do not currently offer exchanges. If you wish to change a size or style, please initiate a return and place a new order.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
